FAQ

How long is the experience?

The performance lasts about 1 hour, starting at 8:30 and ends at 9:30 pm. It’s recommended that you arrive no later than 8:15 pm.

The ticket site (City Box Office) says “tickets available at venue” or “sale stopped” for the date that I want, Can I still get tickets at the door for this performance?

If the ticket site says “tickets available at venue”, there will be a limited number of tickets available at the door on the night of the performance. If the ticket site says “sale stopped” there may only be a few tickets remaining. “Sold out” means there are no tickets to sell on this performance date.

I live far from SF, can I just show up to buy tickets at the door?

It is strongly recommended that you purchase tickets online if you are traveling from afar.

Are children allowed?

In general, we recommend against bringing children under 12. The performance takes place in complete darkness, and some sounds can be quite loud or dissonant.

Do you do private performances / rent out the space for private events?

Yes. Check out booking page for more information.

How is parking around Audium?

Although we are close to downtown, parking is usually not too difficult most evenings after 7 pm. There are plenty of metered spaces that are free after 6pm, and there is a paid parking garage on Bush & Polk streets ($3 per hour).

What time do doors open?

We open each evening at 8 pm. Unfortunately, if you purchase tickets from City Box Office, your confirmation email may have verbiage that claims the box office opens at 7 p.m. This is incorrect.
